Unaccompanied minors

An unaccompanied foreign minor (MSNA) is defined as “a minor who is not a citizen of Italy or the European Union and who is for any reason in the territory of the State or who is otherwise subject to Italian jurisdiction, lacking the assistance and representation of his parents or other adults legally responsible for him under the laws in force in the Italian legal system.”
