The Information Center for immigration - Cinformi is an operating unit of the Health and Social Policies Department of the Autonomous Province of Trento. Cinformi is a point of information and orientation for foreign and Italian citizens as well as for public and private bodies.

To develop the knowledge of immigration, to encourage and support communication between social actors and participation in community life, to promote information to facilitate access to public services, to promote pathways of protection and inclusion of forced migrants. These are the main aims of Cinformi. 

Cinformi provides information on how to enter and stay in Italy and offers advice and guidance to facilitate access to public services. It also carries out activities in the field of communication and cohabitation, study and research, reception of forced migrants, unaccompanied minors and women victims of trafficking.

Information and services are available at Cinformi counters at the Trento main office or at the other provincial branches. Online information will be offered through mail and main social networks.
