Cinformi counters in Trento, via Renato Lunelli 4 (2nd floor), are open to the public on appointment only. A link to the application that allows to make an online appointment (as a necessary condition to access the services provided at the counters) is available on Cinformi website  (apps available for iOS ,  Android  and  Windows 10 ). 

Appointment booking  
You must register with your first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. Once registered, you can fix a maximum of two appointments per month. 
To allow effective time planning and to avoid queues, you must specify for how many people you are requesting the selected service. On the fixed date the applicant has to bring a copy of the appointment confirmation received by e-mail or to show the receipt on mobile phone. 

There are four types of services that will be provided to the public at the Cinformi counters: 

1. INFORMATION ONLY (also for emergence from illegal labour)
   Entry and stay in Italy, citizenship, family care, EU citizens and family members;
2. KIT COMPILATION
   Applications for the issue/renewal of the residence permit through Poste Italiane kit;
3. FIRST APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION
   International protection procedures (C3) for application to Questura of Trento;
4. PERMIT RENEWAL REQUEST FOR ASYLUM AND MSNA (unaccompanied minors)
   Booking appointment to Questura of Trento for permit renewal.

At the same time, the  online service  remains active for any information.

Online service will be available

• on Monday and on Wednesday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:30;
• on Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00;
• on Tuesday and on Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.
