Cinformi counters in Cavalese - via Bronzetti, 8/A (third floor), are opened to the public on Tuesday from 08:30 alle ore 12:30.  
A  link to the application  that allows to make an online appointment (as a necessary condition to access the services provided at the counters) is available on  Cinformi website  (apps available for  iOS ,  Android  and  Windows 10 ).

You must register with your first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. Once registered, you can fix a maximum of two appointments per month. To allow effective time planning and to avoid queues, you must specify for how many people you are requesting the selected service. On the fixed date, the applicant must arrive no more than five minutes before the scheduled time. The applicant has to bring a copy of the appointment confirmation received by e-mail or to show the receipt on mobile phone. 

There are two types of services that will be provided to the public at the Cinformi counters in Cavalese:

1. INFORMATION ONLY (also for emergence from illegal labour)
   Entry and stay in Italy, citizenship, family care, EU citizens and family members;
2. KIT COMPILATION
   Applications for the issue/renewal of the residence permit through Poste Italiane kit;

Access to the counters

As provided for in the guidelines drawn up by the Autonomous Province of Trento, access of applicants and accompanying people is allowed only by appointment, along with a mask and a  declaration  regarding the health conditions of the applicant or his/her cohabitants. 
Twenty minutes will be given for each appointment. Access will be forbidden to people with body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius and/or with the typical symptoms of COVID-19. Access is not allowed even for people who live together or have come in touch with people with such symptoms.

Online service will be available

• on Monday and on Wednesday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:30;
• on Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00;
• on Tuesday and on Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.
