Support and reception
Support and reception activities in favour of unaccompanied foreign minors, asylum seekers and victims of trafficking are organised according to the guidelines approved by the Provincial Council of Trento.
The guidelines aim to identify the material reception conditions to ensure an adequate quality of life for the health and well-being of asylum seekers and their accompanying family members and to protect their fundamental rights until the recognition of refugee status and in any case until the notification of any negative decision on the appeal for non-recognition of refugee status.
As far as victims of trafficking are concerned, it is intended to find or create the necessary tools to ensure the effective exercise of fundamental human rights for victims of trafficking and, in addition, to socially and professionally integrate them through the provision of personalised protection, assistance and social integration programmes.
