“BOOM” DI IMPRENDITORI STRANIERI Le imprese composte da almeno un titolare non italiano negli ultimi 5 anni sono cresciute di oltre il 40% raggiungendo, a fine 2010, quota 599mila. Anche nel 2009, uno degli anni più difficili per l’Italia, c’è stato un aumento di circa il 4% rispetto all’anno precedente. Secondo l'Associazione artigiani piccole imprese di Mestre, che ha elaborato i dati, nelle ditte con titolari stranieri lavorano almeno 2 milioni di persone. Gli imprenditori immigrati sono soprattutto, nell'ordine, cittadini con nazionalità marocchina, seguiti da cinesi e romeni. Spicca l’incremento proprio delle aziende con imprenditori romeni, che sono cresciute tra il 2004 e il 2009 di circa il 204%.

In the last five years the number of businesses with at least one non-Italian owner has increased by more than 40%, reaching a figure of 599 thousand by the end of 2009. Even in 2009, one of the most difficult years for Italy, there was an increase of around 4% as compared to the previous year. According to the association of tradesmen and small businesses in Mestre, which processed the data, at least 2 million people work for companies with foreign owners. Immigrant entrepreneurs come above all from Morocco, China and Romania, in descending order. The most striking increase has indeed been in companies run by Romanian entrepreneurs, with an increase of around 204% between 2004 and 2009.

Les entreprises avec au moins un patron non Italien ont augmenté de plus de 40% au cours des 5 dernières années et seront 599 mille à la fin de 2010. Même en 2009, une des années les plus difficiles pour l’Italie, l’augmentation a été d’environ 4% par rapport à l’année précédente. Selon l’Association des artisans et PME de Mestre, qui a élaboré les données, au moins 2 millions de personnes travaillent dans les sociétés où les patrons sont des étrangers. Les entrepreneurs immigrés sont surtout, dans l’ordre, des Marocains, des Chinois et des Roumains. Les sociétés avec des entrepreneurs roumains ont en particulier augmenté d’à peu près 204% entre 2004 et 2009. 26/04/2010

IMPRENDITORI IMMIGRATI, SPINTA ALLO SVILUPPO E guardando al caso trentino, dal Rapporto sull’immigrazione curato dal Cinformi emerge che al 31 luglio 2009 i titolari d’impresa stranieri in provincia di Trento sono poco più di 2.200, di cui circa 1.800 cittadini non comunitari e 500 comunitari. Gli imprenditori stranieri contribuiscono tra l'altro a produrre sviluppo e nuova occupazione. L'analisi dei dati evidenzia poi che il lavoro degli immigrati occupa settori lasciati scoperti, rispondendo in tal modo a concrete esigenze dell'economia locale. La partecipazione al mercato del lavoro dei cittadini stranieri si rivela quindi sempre più strutturale e necessaria anche nel mercato del lavoro trentino.

Taking a look at the situation in Trentino, Cinformi's report on immigration showed that on 31 July 2009 there were just over 2,200 foreign entrepreneurs in the province of Trento. Among other things, foreign businessmen and women contribute towards expanding development and creating new employment. Analysis of the data also shows that the businesses set up by immigrants are often in areas left uncovered by others, thus responding to the concrete needs of the local economy. The participation of foreigners in the employment market has therefore been shown to be increasingly structural and necessary in Trentino.

Pour ce qui est du Trentin, il ressort du Rapport sur l’immigration rédigé par Cinformi que les entrepreneurs étrangers dans la Province de Trente étaient un peu plus de 2 200 au 31 juillet 2009. Ces entrepreneurs étrangers contribuent, entre autre, à favoriser le développement et procurer de nouveaux emplois. L’analyse des données montre par ailleurs que le travail des immigrés occupe des secteurs restés découverts, en répondant ainsi à des exigences concrètes de l’économie locale. La participation au marché de l’emploi des citoyens étrangers est donc de plus en plus structurale et nécessaire même dans notre région. 26/04/2010

30MILA AZIENDE AGRICOLE “PARLANO STRANIERO” Sono circa 30mila le aziende agricole italiane che assumono lavoratori non comunitari. Gli stranieri rappresentano circa il 10 per cento del totale dei lavoratori agricoli. Il dato è stato diffuso dalla Coldiretti in occasione dell'avvio delle domande per le quote di ingresso dei lavoratori stagionali. Secondo Caritas/Migrantes sono circa 90mila negli archivi Inps i rapporti di lavoro in agricoltura riconducibili a non comunitari. A trasferirsi in Italia per lavorare in agricoltura sono principalmente, nell'ordine, albanesi, marocchini e indiani. Secondo la Coldiretti gli indiani trovano occupazione soprattutto negli allevamenti del nord per l'abilità e la cura che garantiscono ai bovini.

Cette donnée a été diffusée par Coldiretti dès que les demandes pour les quotas d’entrée des travailleurs saisonniers ont pu être transmises. Selon Caritas/Migrantes, les archives Inps (Institut National de Prévoyance Sociale) comptent environ 90 mille dossiers d’embauche dans l’agriculture pour des travailleurs non communautaires. Ce sont surtout, dans l’ordre, les Albanais, les Marocains et les Indiens qui se transfèrent en Italie pour travailler dans ce secteur. D’après Coldiretti, les Indiens trouvent un emploi surtout dans les élevages du nord vu leur habileté et le soin qu’ils apportent aux bovins. 27/04/2010

NASCE IL CENTRO “NOIALTRI” E' stato inaugurato a Tonadico nel Primiero, in Trentino, il nuovo Centro interculturale “noiAltri”. Presso la nuova struttura vengono svolte diverse attività, tra le quali momenti educativi e di gioco per bambini per trascorrere il tempo libero, corsi di formazione e serate culturali. Il Centro, realizzato con il sostegno del Cinformi, è promosso dall'Associazione “traME e Terra”. L'Associazione è nata con lo scopo di proporre iniziative a sostegno dell'integrazione tra culture diverse. Promuove laboratori interculturali e attività di vario genere per la valorizzazione del diverso come risorsa per il territorio.

A new intercultural centre called “noiAltri” has been inaugurated at Tonadico in the Primiero valley in Trentino. Various initiatives will take place at the new centre, including educational and play activities for children's leisure time, training courses and cultural evenings. The centre, realised with Cinformi's support, is promoted by the “traME e Terra” association, which was founded with the scope of offering initiatives encouraging integration between different cultures. It offers intercultural laboratories and various kinds of activities to promote diversity as a resource for the area.

Le nouveau Centre interculturel « noiAltri » a été inauguré à Tonadico (Vallée du Primiero) dans le Trentin. Cette nouvelle structure propose plusieurs types d’activités : moments éducatifs et de jeu pour les loisirs des enfants, cours de formation et soirées culturelles. Le Centre, réalisé avec le soutien de Cinformi, est promu par l’Association « traME e Terra », fondée dans le but de proposer des initiatives pour favoriser l’intégration entre cultures différentes.
