QUOTE STAGIONALI, DECRETO PUBBLICATO E' stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale il decreto flussi 2010. A partire da mercoledì 21 aprile per i datori di lavoro è quindi possibile inoltrare la domanda di nulla osta al lavoro per l'ingresso dei lavoratori stagionali. La domanda va presentata in via telematica registrandosi al sito del ministero dell’Interno, oppure appoggiandosi alle associazioni di categoria o ai consulenti del lavoro. Possono fare ingresso in Itala fino a 80.000 persone per lavoro subordinato stagionale. Possono entrare poi, fra gli altri, fino a 4.000 persone per svolgere un lavoro autonomo e fino a 2.000 lavoratori subordinati non stagionali che abbiano completato programmi di formazione e istruzione nel Paese di origine.

The 2010 decree on immigration flows has been published in the Official Journal. Starting from Wednesday 21 April it will thus be possible for employers to forward applications for work permits to allow the entry of seasonal workers. The application must be presented online by registering at the site of the Ministry of the Interior, or else through representative associations or employment consultants. Up to 80,000 people will be able to come to Italy for the purposes of seasonal work. Other categories include up to 4,000 people for the purpose of self-employment and up to 2,000 non-seasonal workers who have completed education and training programmes in their country of origin.

Le décret des flux pour 2010 vient d’être publié sur le Journal officiel. Les employeurs peuvent donc présenter la demande d’autorisation pour l’entrée des travailleurs saisonniers à partir du mercredi 21 avril. Ils doivent le faire par voie télématique en s’enregistrant au site du ministère de l’Intérieur ou en s’adressant à une organisation patronale ou aux conseillers à l’emploi. Nous rappelons qu’au maximum 80 000 travailleurs saisonniers sous contrat et 4 000 travailleurs indépendants peuvent ainsi entrer en Italie, ainsi que 2 000 travailleurs subordonnés non saisonniers ayant terminé le programme de formation et d’instruction dans leur pays d’origine. 21/04/2010

QUOTE, LE PRIORITA' E il ministero dell'Interno ricorda agli uffici competenti che dovranno analizzare le domande di ingresso per lavoratori stagionali che sarà possibile dare priorità alle richieste di nulla osta per i lavoratori da impiegare a partire da questa primavera. Il sistema elettronico dei gestione delle istanze adottato dal ministero infatti consentirà di ordinare le domande in base alla data di inizio dell'attività lavorativa indicata dal datore di lavoro. In ogni caso, verrà comunque rispettato, più in generale, l'ordine cronologico di arrivo delle domande.

The Ministry of the Interior has reminded the offices responsible for examining applications for seasonal work permits that it will be possible to give priority to applications requesting permits for workers to be employed starting from this spring. The electronic system for managing applications adopted by the Ministry indeed makes it possible to sort applications on the basis of the start date indicated by the employer. At all events, on a more general level, the chronological order of arrival of applications will be respected.

Le ministère de l’Intérieur rappelle aux bureaux compétents, qui devront analyser les demandes d’entrée pour les travailleurs saisonniers, qu’il sera possible de donner la priorité aux demandes d’autorisation pour les travailleurs à employer à partir du printemps 2010. Le système électronique de gestion des demandes adopté par le ministère permettra en effet d’ordonner les demandes par date de début d’activité indiquée par l’employeur. L’ordre chronologique d’arrivée des demandes sera néanmoins respecté en règle générale. 21/04/2010

DOMANDE CITTADINANZA IN AUMENTO Negli ultimi tre anni c'è stato un forte aumento delle domande di cittadinanza in Italia, fondate prevalentemente sul connotato della residenza rispetto a quello del matrimonio. Il dato emerge dalle statistiche 2009 sulle istanze e le concessioni della cittadinanza italiana. Le statistiche definitive sono disponibili online sul sito del ministero dell'Interno all'indirizzo www.interno.it. Va precisato che non è compreso il dato riguardante gli stranieri che al raggiungimento della maggiore età dichiarano di voler diventare cittadini italiani. Nel conteggio è esclusa tra l'altro anche l'acquisizione di cittadinanza per adozione.

In the last three years there has been a considerable increase in applications for Italian citizenship, mostly based on residence rather than on marriage. This is the data emerging from the 2009 statistics on applications and the granting of Italian citizenship. The definitive statistics are available online at the site of the Ministry of the Interior at the address www.interno.it. It should be specified that these figures do not include data regarding citizens who decide to take Italian nationality when they reach the age of eighteen. The statistics also exclude the acquiring of citizenship by adoption.

Il y a eu une forte augmentation des demandes de nationalité en Italie au cours des trois dernières années, en général plus pour des motifs de résidence que de mariage. C’est ce qui ressort des statistiques 2009 sur les demandes et l’obtention de la nationalité italienne. Les statistiques définitives sont disponibles sur le site du ministère de l’Intérieur à l’adresse www.interno.it. Il faut préciser que cette donnée ne comprend pas les étrangers ayant déclaré vouloir devenir des citoyens italiens à leur majorité ni ceux qui ont acquis la nationalité par adoption. 19/04/2010

MATRIMONI MISTI IN AUMENTO Aumentano le nozze miste in Italia. Lo rivela il Rapporto sul matrimonio presentato dall'Istituto nazionale di statistica. La ricerca mostra una crescita delle coppie in cui almeno uno dei due sposi è di cittadinanza straniera: quasi 37mila matrimoni nel 2008, il 15 per cento di tutte le celebrazioni. “Si tratta – afferma l'Istat – di un fenomeno di rilievo sia per il rapido incremento sia perché rappresenta uno degli indicatori più significativi del processo di integrazione delle comunità immigrate nel nostro paese.” La frequenza dei matrimoni con almeno uno sposo straniero è più elevata nelle aree in cui è più stabile e radicato l’insediamento delle comunità di immigrati.

The number of mixed marriages in Italy is increasing, according to the report on marriages presented by the national statistics institute. The study shows an increase in the number of couples in which at least one of the partners is of foreign nationality: almost 37 thousand marriages in 2008, 15 per cent of the overall figure. According to ISTAT "this is a significant phenomenon, both in terms of the rapid increase and because it represents one of the most important indicators of the process of integration of immigrant communities in our country.” The frequency of marriages involving at least one foreigner is greater in areas where there are more stable and deep-rooted immigrant communities.

Les mariages mixtes augmentent en Italie, c’est ce que révèle le Rapport sur le mariage présenté par l'Institut national des statistiques. La recherche montre une augmentation des couples avec au moins un des deux conjoints de nationalité étrangère : presque 37 mille mariages en 2008, soit 15% sur l’ensemble des mariages célébrés. « Il s’agit – affirme l'Istat – d’un phénomène digne d’intérêt vu son augmentation rapide et le fait qu’il représente un des indicateurs les plus significatifs du processus d’intégration des immigrés dans notre pays. » La fréquence des mariages avec au moins un conjoint étranger est plus élevée dans les zones où l’établissement des communautés d’immigrés est plus stable et enraciné. 16/04/2010
