TASSA SUL SOGGIORNO Via libera dal Senato al contributo per il rilascio e il rinnovo dei permessi di soggiorno, ovvero una tassa che va da 80 a 200 euro che si aggiungerà alla spesa attuale di 72,12 euro. Il provvedimento rappresenta una delle novità del disegno di legge sulla sicurezza discusso recentemente a Palazzo Madama e che ora passa alla Camera. Nel testo approvato dal Senato c’è, tra l'altro, la cancellazione del divieto di segnalazione degli immigrati irregolari che si recano al Pronto soccorso, con la menzione che non ci sarà l’obbligo di denuncia ma saranno i singoli medici a decidere. The Senate has given the go ahead for payments for the issuing and renewal of residence permits, namely a tax of between 80 and 200 Euro that will be added to the current cost of 72.12 Euro. The measure represents one of the innovations in the security bill discussed recently at the Foreign Office and now to be discussed by parliament. Among other things, the text approved by the Senate also includes cancellation of the ban on reporting illegal immigrants making use of first aid services, stating that there will be no obligation to report but that it will be left up to individual doctors to decide. 06/02/2009

QUOTE STAGIONALI 2009 Il decreto flussi per l’ingresso dei lavoratori stagionali è attualmente alla firma della presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri e verrà emanato probabilmente entro la fine del mese di febbraio. Lo comunica l’Ufficio mercato del lavoro della Provincia autonoma di Trento. Dopo la pubblicazione del decreto sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, i datori di lavoro potranno inoltrare la domanda di nulla osta per l'ingresso dei lavoratori stagionali in via telematica registrandosi al sito del ministero dell’Interno, oppure appoggiandosi alle associazioni di categoria o ai consulenti del lavoro. BONUS FAMIGLIA, ANCHE AGLI IMMIGRATI Il Bonus famiglia spetta anche agli immigrati. Del bonus straordinario possono beneficiare, per il solo 2009, le famiglie qualificate come a basso reddito residenti in Italia. Il bonus può variare da 200 fino a 1.000 euro, in considerazione sia del reddito, sia dei componenti del nucleo familiare. Può essere richiesto, in particolare, dai cittadini residenti, lavoratori e pensionati, incluse persone non autosufficienti. La richiesta dell’erogazione del beneficio deve essere presentata, con l'apposita modulistica, all'Agenzia delle Entrate. Immigrants are also entitled to the family bonus allowance.
