Here is what the Ukrainian refugees arrived in Trentino need to do. To make the first or subsequent vaccinations, or for any recognition of vaccinations made abroad, Ukrainian refugees arrived in Trentino must fill out this form , send it to the email address igienepubblicatrento@apss.tn.it and report the next day to the Drive through vaccine Mattarello (Trento south), in S. Vincenzo. There, the health authorities will inform the Ukrainian citizens about the possible validity of their vaccination status or the need to proceed, on the spot, to vaccination. This procedure (filling in the form and vaccination) is not necessary for Ukrainian citizens in possession of a valid Green Pass.
