This is how to fill out the application
"Out-of-quota" entries of employees of Italian companies abroad
As of 04/16/2024, workers who have been employees for at least twelve months within the forty-eight months preceding the application of companies headquartered in Italy, operating in states and territories not in the European Union, for the purpose of their employment in the offices of the aforementioned companies or corporations in the Italian territory, may submit an application pursuant to Article 27 paragraph 1 i bis.
To complete the form, the user must:
1. Go to the
Sportello Unico Immigrazione
webpage and select "Compila domande" ("Fill in applications") item;
2. Select the item "Nulla Osta per motivi di lavoro" (for employment reasons");
3. Select the area "N.O. Lavoro Casi particolari" (Labor Special Cases);
4. Select the form "ICT/Article 27 paragraph 1 lett i bis";
5. Within the application form, it is necessary to select, under the section "Sede legale entità ospitante presso cui lo straniero viene distaccato”, la casella “Modello LDE" (Legal headquarters host entity where the foreigner is posted," the box "LDE model).
6. From the section "Upload allegati" (attachments) it is possible to upload the necessary documentation to accompany the application from the item "DOCUMENTATION ART. 27 COMMA 1 LETT I BIS". It is specified that all the documentation required for the LDE model must be merged into a single pdf file and uploaded within this single field.
The same form will remain usable for applications for intra-corporate transfers under Article 27-quinques. For the latter instances, it will be necessary to check, within the section “Sede legale entità ospitante (Legal headquarters host entity to which the foreigner is posted), la casella “Modello ICT” (the box "ICT Model).
