"Prenot@Mi" also allows to upload documents, speeding up procedures at the counter
Italian Consulates, new platform for reservations
The web platform for the access to the services of the Italian consulates in the world has changed, including those dedicated to foreign citizens who want to come to Italy for study, work or family reasons.
The inter-ministerial portal "Integrazione Migranti" has reported the changes.
The portal Prenot@Mi, already active at
https://prenotami.esteri.it
, has replaced the "Booking On Line"
In the new booking procedure, users can also upload documents related to the requested service, thus making operations at the counter faster.
Appointments made with the previous platform remain valid.
