Festival dell’Economia, immigration will also be discussed
Immigration will be discussed at the 19th edition of the Trento
Festival dell'Economia
organized by the 24 ORE Group and Trentino Marketing on behalf of the Autonomous Province of Trento and in collaboration with the Municipality of Trento and the University of Trento.
Three events in particular that will touch on the migration phenomenon in various ways.
- Thursday, May 23, 12:15 p.m., Palazzo della Regione Autonoma Trentino-Alto Adige - Sala di Rappresentanza
“Africa e piano Mattei,” introduced by Giulio Sapelli - president Germozzi Foundation in dialogue with Alberto Magnani on “How the new African middle class is growing”; followed by panel discussion with Gelsomina Vigliotti - vice-president European Investment Bank (EIB).

“Migramorfosi. Apertura o declino” with Ferruccio Pastore - Director of the International and European Forum for Immigration Research
The Festival dell’Economia will take place in Trento from May 23 to 26, 2024. There are 280 events distributed in 26 locations in the city. A four-day event that will be attended by 5 Nobel Laureates, 22 Ministers, 80 speakers from the academic world, 40 economists, 40 international speakers, 57 managers and entrepreneurs.
