ITALIA, IMMIGRAZIONE IN CALO
Immigrazione in calo in Italia. Il saldo dei nuovi iscritti in anagrafe nel primo semestre del 2010 è inferiore del 40% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2007. Il dato emerge dal nuovo Rapporto dell'Ismu-Iniziative e studi sulla multietnicità. Secondo la Fondazione, la contrazione di nuovi ingressi è dovuta all'azione frenante innescata dalla difficile congiuntura economica. Guardando al quadro generale, al 1° gennaio 2010 gli immigrati in Italia sono 5,3 milioni di unità, regolari e non, dei quali 5,1 milioni provenienti dai Paesi a forte pressione migratoria. La nazionalità più numerosa è quella romena, seguita dall'albanese e dalla marocchina.

Immigration is falling in Italy. The number of new immigrants registering in the first six months of 2010 was 40% lower than for the same period in 2007. This figure emerged in the new ISMU-Iniziative report and studies of multi-ethnic society. According to the foundation, the decrease in the number of new arrivals is due to the effects sparked off by the difficult economic situation. Taking a look at the overall picture, on 1 January 2010 there were 5.3 million immigrants in Italy, including those here both legally and illegally, of whom 5.1 million from countries subject to strong migratory pressure. Romanians are the most numerous national group, followed by Albanians and Moroccans.

Immigration en baisse en Italie. Le solde des nouveaux inscrits à l’État civil au cours du premier semestre 2010 est inférieur de 40% par rapport à la même période de 2007. C’est ce qui ressort du dernier Rapport de l’Ismu-Initiatives et d’études sur la multiethnicité. Selon la Fondation, le rythme des arrivées des immigrants s’est réduit suite au frein imposé par le marasme économique. Si l’on considère le tableau général, il y avait 5,3 millions d’immigrés, réguliers ou pas, en Italie au 1er janvier 2010, dont 5,1 millions provenant des pays à forte pression migratoire. La nationalité la plus représentée est celle roumaine, suivie par l’albanaise et la marocaine.

“IRREGOLARI” IN DIMINUZIONE
E secondo l'Ismu sono in calo anche gli immigrati irregolari, che sono 544mila, 16mila in meno rispetto a quanto stimato al primo agosto 2009. Sul fronte del lavoro, nonostante la crisi economica, si registra invece un aumento dell’occupazione immigrata pari al 10% rispetto al 2009. Cresce però al contempo il tasso di disoccupazione, passato dal 10,5% del primo trimestre 2009 al 13% del primo trimestre 2010. Diminuiscono i tassi di criminalità degli immigrati: elaborazioni Ismu dimostrano che il numero dei denunciati stranieri è calato del 13,9% fra il 2008 e il 2009.

According to ISMU, the number of illegal immigrants is also declining, standing at around 544 thousand, 16 thousand less than the estimated figure for 1 August 2009. In terms of employment, despite the economic crisis there has been a 10% increase in the employment of immigrants as compared to 2009. However, at the same time the unemployment rate has increased, going from 10.5% in the first three months of 2009 to 13% for the same period in 2010. Crime has diminished among immigrants: ISMU data shows that the number of foreigners reported went down by 13.9% between 2008 and 2009.

Selon l’Ismu, les immigrés irréguliers ont diminué également. Ils sont maintenant 544 mille, soit 16 mille en moins que le chiffre estimé au 1er août 2009. On enregistre une augmentation de l’emploi de 10% chez les immigrés par rapport à 2009, malgré la crise économique. Le taux de chômage s’accroît par contre et passe de 10,5% au premier trimestre 2009 à 13% au premier trimestre 2010. Le taux de criminalité des immigrés est toutefois plus faible : les données Ismu montrent que le nombre d’étrangers dénoncés a baissé de 13,9% entre 2008 et 2009.

RETE NIRVA, ANTENNA TRENTINA
La Provincia Autonoma di Trento diverrà Antenna provinciale della Rete nazionale del Progetto Nirva, Networking Italiano per il Rimpatrio Volontario Assistito. Uno specifico protocollo è stato firmato dall’Assessore provinciale alla Solidarietà internazionale e alla Convivenza Lia Giovanazzi Beltrami e dal Commissario del Governo Francesco Squarcina. Scopo del progetto è promuovere una migliore informazione rivolta ai migranti che desiderano fare ritorno al Paese di origine per un rientro assistito in dignità e sicurezza. L'iniziativa è co-finanziata dal Fondo Europeo per i Rimpatri della Commissione Europea e dal Ministero dell'Interno e promossa da realtà istituzionali e altri soggetti interessati al fenomeno migratorio.

The Autonomous Province of Trento will become the provincial base for the national network of the NIRVA project, (Italian networking for voluntary assisted return). A specific agreement has been signed by the provincial councillor for International Solidarity and Coexistence, Lia Giovanazzi Beltrami and the government commissioner, Francesco Squarcina. The scope of the project is to provide better information for migrants wishing to return to their country of origin, helping them to go back to their homes in a dignified and secure manner. The initiative is co-funded by the European Commission’s European Return Fund and the Ministry of the Interior and promoted by institutions and other organisations involved in migration.

La Province Autonome de Trente deviendra l’Antenne provinciale du Réseau national du Projet Nirva, le réseau italien pour le Rapatriement volontaire assisté. Un protocole spécifique a été signé par Lia Giovanazzi Beltrami, l’Adjointe provinciale à la Solidarité internationale et à la Vie communautaire, et par Francesco Squarcina, le Commissaire du Gouvernement. Ce projet a pour but de mieux informer les migrants qui désirent retourner dans leur pays d’origine, pour qu’ils puissent le faire de façon tout à fait digne et sûre. L’initiative, co-financée par le Fonds européen pour le retour de la Commission européenne et par le Ministère de l’Intérieur, est promue par des institutions et d’autres sujets intéressés au phénomène migratoire.

PRESEPI DAL MONDO
Da oltre vent’anni il paese di Miola, sull’Altopiano di Piné, in Trentino si trasforma a Natale in un grande presepio, fatto di tantissimi piccoli presepi realizzati dalle famiglie sotto casa e negli scorci più belli del paese. Fino al 6 gennaio, i visitatori potranno ammirare anche una ventina di presepi originali provenienti da tanti Paesi del mondo dove opera il Centro Missionario Diocesano di Trento. L’iniziativa “Presepi dal Mondo” è stata organizzata in collaborazione con l’Assessorato alla Solidarietà internazionale e alla Convivenza della Provincia autonoma di Trento. Accanto ai presepi, Miola viene animata in questi giorni da diverse iniziative per ogni età.
Termina qui l'ultima edizione del 2010 del TG Web del Cinformi, che riprenderà nel corso del 2011.

For more than twenty years, the town of Miola, on the Piné tableland in Trentino, has transformed itself into a giant nativity scene at Christmas, with dozens of smaller nativity scenes created by families outside their homes and in the most evocative corners of the town. Up to 6 January, visitors will also be able to admire around twenty original nativity scenes from countries in which the Centro Missionario Diocesano in Trento operates around the world. The “Presepi dal Mondo” initiative has been organised in collaboration with the Autonomous Province of Trento’s International Solidarity and Coexistence Department. Along with the nativity scenes, various kinds of initiatives for all ages will be taking place in this period in Miola.

Depuis plus de vingt ans, Miola, sur le haut plateau de Piné dans le Trentin, se transforme à Noël en une grande crèche, faite de nombreuses petites crèches réalisées par les habitants et disséminées un peu partout dans la commune. Les visiteurs pourront également admirer jusqu’au 6 janvier une vingtaine de crèches originales provenant des pays où le Centre Missionnaire Diocésain de Trente est actif. Le projet « Crèches du monde entier » a été organisé en collaboration avec l’Adjointe à la Solidarité internationale et à la Vie communautaire de la Province autonome de Trente. Mis à part les crèches, plusieurs initiatives pour tous les âges animent les rues de Miola durant cette période.
