REGOLARIZZAZIONE “BADANTI” 500 euro per regolarizzare una badante. E' questa la cifra, secondo la bozza di legge cui starebbe lavorando il governo, necessaria per sanare le situazioni delle assistenti familiari. Per il ministro del Lavoro Maurizio Sacconi è una “regolarizzazione selettiva”, mentre per il ministro dell'Interno Roberto Maroni è un'emersione del lavoro domestico in nero. La procedura dovrebbe essere simile a quella adottata per la regolarizzazione straordinaria del 2002, sempre promossa dal governo Berlusconi. La cosiddetta procedura di emersione da lavoro domestico in nero dovrebbe riguardare sia le lavoratrici comunitarie che quelle straniere. 500 euro in order to regularise the position of carers. PROVVEDIMENTO A SETTEMBRE E nel caso delle lavoratrici non comunitarie, il provvedimento allo studio del governo intenderebbe anche intervenire sulla regolarizzazione del soggiorno. Secondo indiscrezioni, per regolarizzare le lavoratrici straniere il datore di lavoro dovrebbe dichiarare che sono occupate al 30 giugno 2009 da almeno 3 mesi. L’emersione riguarderebbe esclusivamente l’attività di assistenza al datore di lavoro stesso o a componenti della famiglia con patologie o handicap che ne limitano l’autosufficienza, ovvero lavoro domestico di sostegno al bisogno familiare. Secondo indiscrezioni, la regolarizzazione sarebbe prevista a settembre, dopo l'approvazione in Parlamento di una specifica proposta di legge. IL PROBLEMA AFFITTI Nel campo degli affitti immobiliari gli immigrati continuano a subire molte discriminazioni: gli stranieri sono vittime del pregiudizio e della speculazione di chi affitta a immigrati ma a prezzi maggiorati. Inoltre, vengono spesso richieste garanzie economiche aggiuntive. I dati, rilevati anche da uno studio realizzato recentemente dal Cinformi, emergono da una ricerca realizzata in Italia dal Sindacato unitario nazionale inquilini e assegnatari e di cui dà notizia, fra gli altri, “La Stampa.it”. Secondo lo studio, nell’85% dei casi il contratto di affitto degli immigrati non è registrato o riporta una cifra inferiore a quella reale, mentre i canoni sono spesso più alti rispetto a quelli applicati agli italiani. NOTE COMUNI, IDENTITA' DIVERSE E' partita per un tour che abbraccerà tutto il Trentino “Note comuni, identità diverse”, la manifestazione che animerà piazze e teatri con musiche, danze e canti tradizionali proposti da gruppi di diverse culture presenti in provincia di Trento. L'iniziativa è organizzata, in collaborazione con le amministrazioni locali, dal Cinformi nell'ambito del Piano convivenza dell'Assessorato alla Solidarietà internazionale e alla Convivenza della Provincia autonoma di Trento. La musica, in tutte le sue forme – affermano gli organizzatori – rappresenta un utile strumento di convivenza, un'occasione per andare oltre le apparenze e per una relazione vera, al di là dei pregiudizi. A tour embracing the whole of Trentino entitled “Common notes, different identities” has begun. The event will take place in town squares and theatres, involving traditional music, dance and song proposed by different cultural groups present in the province of Trento. The initiative has been organised by Cinformi in collaboration with local authorities, within the context of the coexistence plan of the Department of International Solidarity and Coexistence of the Autonomous Province of Trento. Music in all its forms, the organisers state, represents a useful tool for coexistence, an opportunity to go beyond appearances and establish a genuine relationship, over and beyond prejudice. 08/07/2009
