SOLIDARIETA' SENZA FRONTIERE Una manifestazione per raccogliere fondi da devolvere ai terremotati in Abruzzo è stata ideata dalle associazioni degli immigrati che vivono in Trentino. Le associazioni si sono rivolte al Cinformi della Provincia autonoma di Trento per organizzare assieme questa significativa e importante iniziativa di solidarietà. I promotori hanno programmato una manifestazione che si svolgerà il prossimo 26 aprile a Trento. Le associazioni di immigrati si esibiranno con musiche, canti e balli dei loro paesi. L'ingresso sarà libero e saranno raccolte offerte che verranno utilizzate per i terremotati in accordo con la Provincia autonoma di Trento. Associations of immigrants living in Trentino have decided to hold an event to gather funds for those hit by the earthquake in Abruzzo, The associations contacted Cinformi at the Autonomous Province of Trento for help in organising this significant and important humanitarian initiative. The event will be held on 26 April in Trento. The immigration associations will perform music, songs and dances from their countries. Entrance will be free and all donations made will be used to help those hit by the earthquake, in agreement with the Autonomous Province of Trento. 08/04/2009

STAGIONALI, VIA ALLE DOMANDE Dal 15 aprile è possibile presentare le richieste di nulla osta per lavoro stagionale relative al decreto flussi 2009, già pubblicato sulla Gazzetta ufficiale. La modalità di invio delle domande resta quella telematica, tramite accesso sul sito del ministero dell’Interno. L’invio delle istanze sarà possibile fino al prossimo 31 dicembre. Il decreto flussi 2009 consente l'entrata in Italia, per motivi di lavoro subordinato stagionale, di cittadini stranieri non comunitari residenti all'estero entro la quota massima di 80mila unità. Le nazionalità destinatarie sono le stesse degli scorsi anni. From 15 April it will be possible to present applications for permits for seasonal work in accordance with the 2009 decree on immigration flows, already published in the Official Journal. Applications should be made online, by accessing the site of the Ministry of the Interior. It will be possible to send applications up to 31 December. The 2009 decree on immigration allows up to 80 thousand foreign citizens from outside the EU and resident abroad to enter Italy for temporary seasonal employment. LOMBARDIA, IMMIGRAZIONE AL 10% Nel 2008 gli immigrati in Lombardia hanno raggiunto 1 milione e 60mila presenze, con un aumento del 13% rispetto al 2007. I cittadini non italiani rappresentano il 10% della popolazione. I dati emergono dall'ottavo Rapporto dell’Osservatorio regionale per l’integrazione e la multietnicità. La maggior parte dei cittadini immigrati in Lombardia vive e lavora stabilmente sul territorio. I residenti infatti sono 838mila, mentre le famiglie sono oltre 200mila, con in media un figlio e mezzo per nucleo. Il collettivo più numeroso tra gli immigrati in Lombardia è quello est-europeo, con 383mila presenze. In 2008 the number of immigrants in Lombardia reached 1 million 60 thousand, with an increase of 13% as compared to 2007. Non Italian citizens represented 10% of the population. This is the data emerging from the 8th report of the regional integration and multi-ethnic monitoring unit. Most of the immigrants in Lombardia live and work in the area in a stable manner. Indeed, 838 thousand were resident, while there are more than 200 thousand families, with an average of one and a half children per family. The largest immigrant community in Lombardia comes from eastern Europe, with 383 thousand people. 13/04/2009

RICONGIUNGIMENTO, LE NOVITA' Novità per l’assicurazione sanitaria prevista per poter ricongiungere i genitori ultrasessantacinquenni. Con una circolare il ministero della Salute ha stabilito che il richiedente è tenuto a stipulare una polizza sanitaria privata senza scadenza. Al momento della domanda di ricongiungimento il richiedente dovrà quindi fare una dichiarazione formale di impegno a sottoscrivere la polizza a favore dei genitori. Poi dovrà provvedere alla stipula della polizza stessa entro otto giorni dal loro ingresso in Italia e comunque prima che i genitori si presentino allo Sportello unico. There are innovations regarding the health insurance required in order to obtain a reunification permit for parents over the age of sixty-five. A Ministry of Health circular has established that the applicant is required to stipulate a private health policy without expiry. At the time of the application for reunification the applicant must therefore make a formal declaration undertaking to stipulate a policy for his/her parents. This policy must then be taken out within eight days of their entry to Italy and at all events before they present themselves at the single information point. 07/04/2009
